The Journey Continues

It has been a little over a year since my mother has passed. Though I accept that death is a natural part of life, no one is fully prepared to transition a loved one. Although my mother is no longer with me, her example of a life well-lived will remain forever.

My mother's passing helped me to embrace that life is always moving forward. As we march on through women's history month, I dare you to move forward with strength, faith, and wisdom. My mother's signature saying, "I don't do anything to fail," resonates with me every day. Her words give me the courage to Face Everything And Rise. My prayer is that you will do the same each day. Refuse to quit, and let rising become your option of choice.
