Are you social distancing yourself because of this covid-19 pandemic? Is it starting to make you feel strange? Like your anxiety is going to go through the roof any second? Depression seems to be getting worse? Don't worry, me too! I feel all of those things and more. Quarantine makes it harder for us to distract our current mental health illness. All of this is out of our control and it is making us go crazy. And it's perfectly normal, unfortunately.
But here are a few things we can try to help us get through this tough time:

7. Connect with others, call or text
8. Avoid alcohol
9. Try activities that you enjoy
10. Get more rest
